I don't accept your assertion on numbers but in any case your prisoners are in jail having had a reasonably fair trial. That never happened in the Soviet Union (any more than it happens today in China, Cuba, Venezuela). That perhaps is one crucial difference between capitalism and socialism which you should think about before you choose one or the other!
And I certainly don't accept your assertions about justice under either a capitalist or socialist system. You have made the same mistake that many other right-wingers make -- that capitalism & socialism dictate what kind of government or justice system a country must have. Both are economic systems, and both can exist under a democracy or a dictatorship. Likewise, both economic systems can co-exist with any kind of justice system (fair or otherwise).
